3D Flying Strawberry Animation (Celeste fan art)

I have no affiliation to Celeste or any of it’s creators (although I love that game and have completed it 100% thrice now).
This is a fan art 3D animation of the flying strawberries seen in Celeste (specifically, the one on the cover art), and the golden version as well.

It was made in Blender (which took around 18 hours, plus some 6 hours to make it sketchfab-compatible), where I used the "shader to rgb" and "Color Ramp" nodes combined to create this shader look. The outline was made using the shell with inverted normals method. It was rendered in Eevee using an RTX 3080 at 4k 60fps (around 1-2 second per frame), and has approximately 400k tris.

To put it into sketchfab, I had to re-do the animation and rigging, and since this shader doesn't work in Cycles (for it uses the shader to rgb node) and Eevee can't bake textures, I simply took screenshots of each part and then did a project from view on the UVs (the original material didn't utilize UVs at all, just a combination of generated mapping and vertex painting), which gets the job done, but sadly I can't replicate the shader in Sketchfab so you can't see reflections and shading changing as it moves.

I loved doing something stylized for a change, and I think it came out pretty great!

I hope you enjoy!
